Mike Salsgiver has held a variety of leadership positions throughout his 25 years with Contech. Beginning a lifetime of learning on the plant floor, always seeking a better product for the customer. Mike is able to facilitate both production and sales while demonstrating a postive and creative energy working with engineering and product development. He keeps a healthy balance of work and family,thru sports, lake time and fellowship with his church. His expertise, experience, and dedication to the industry continue to move Contech forward.


Max Ogden brings to Contech over 40 years of experience. Beginning with Thermal Die Cutting to the present. He has a broad sense of the industry and has worked in every facet of it. Max understands the customers desire for an excellent product for a good price. Currently,he is active with Sales, Marketing and Finance. He is able to move between each process, using a lifetime of skills and experience. Always striving to bring together the key componets of industry..the satisfaction of listening to the needs of our customers,developing a plan with skilled staff, and delivery of a great product. Max is devoted to his faith,family,and enjoys a healthy dose of his beloved grandkids.
