Meeting challenge with innovation for over 30 years.
We began in the early sixties, not as an equipment manufacturer, but as a
producer of vinyl decals and graphic markings for what was then an emerging
industry. Our early developments of thermal die-cutting techniques helped
stimulate the growth of a market that never existed before.
As customer products became more complex, we developed methods and technology
that required specialized equipment not available at the time.
Today, our industrial sheeter systems are state-of-the-art in design and
technology, as they must be to handle the ever-growing number of new materials
and products. Accuracy, speed, dependability... these are goals we share with
our customers
A background of sensitivity to customer’s needs.
Producing quality products and Custom Automation Equipment at a profit can be a difficult challenge whether
you're making gaskets, or vinyl decals, or hospital gowns. We understand your
problems and the opportunities that can come with solving them. Our first goal
is to understand what you are trying to accomplish and work to that end.
A firm belief in hands-on problem solving.
On any given day you're likely to find our head engineer, sales manager, or our
president out in the plant conferring on equipment design, checking customer
sample runs, or working through a new production technique. It’s an important
factor in our approach to solving problems for customers.
Complete engineering facilities utilizing cutting-edge technology.
The latest CAD/CAM software is used to design equipment that often combines
complex hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and mechanical systems operated by
microprocessor controls. Our emphasis on engineering assures the most efficient
equipment design, even on our smallest, least complex sheeter systems.
In-house manufacturing gives us total control of development and quality.
When we put the CONTECH label on our equipment and Custom Automation System Equipment, we know what’s gone into it.
We’re sure that it will perform to customer specs, and often invite customers
in for test runs before its shipped. It’s just more assurance of quality and
reliability you can depend on.
